Saw this on one of the 76ers sites, Its not bad (Dont thing GS will agree to this but it's a start): PHILADELPHIA RECEIVES
Kyle Lowry (PG)
TORONTO RECEIVES
Golden State’s 2020 first-round pick, Andrew Wiggins (SF), Kevon Looney (PF/C)
GOLDEN STATE RECEIVES
Al Horford (C), Furkan Korkmaz (SF), Terence Davis (SG), Philadelphia’s first-round pick (via OKC)
That's a horrible trade. Basically, Lowry and Davis for Wiggins, Looney, and a late 1st? That is awful for Toronto. It's pointless for GS too. This is just about Philly getting Lowry for a championship push lol

Yuck.. that trade is gross. The 2020 draft class looks like sh!t. You might find a gem, but it'll be later in the draft. And Wiggins is a garbage player. You take that back for our GROAT?
Either Lowry retires as a Raptor or we get back a star for him. If you want him on Philly it's for Embiid or Simmons. Nobody else.
This was a pretty good run without Kawhi. They fell short but I feel like that game wouldn't have required much for it to have been the Raptors win.
I'm excited to see what happens in the offseason and as a fan who's followed the team from the start, I remember all the bad times and I am very appreciative of what this group has accomplished overall. They lost but they should still feel proud.
I will miss hoops in a month when this is over. It sounds like the next season starts sometime after Christmas. This whole thing was a big success but I wonder how they cope with a much more significant time in the bubble.
Another thing, I don't know how it all works out but I hope Kyle is with the team for the rest of his career. He should be a Raptor for life now. He's on the Raptors Mount Rushmore, front and center.

Life comes at you fast. He'll be 35 by the middle of next season. Really hope we can get 2 more really good years out of him and in 2022 we have another star player to help

So I took a quick look at shampsorts.com/capulator... we won't be able to operate under the cap most likely. Even if we renounce all free agents except for Boucher and VanVleet, and we assume Stanley picks up his option (I can't see why he wouldn't).. that leaves us around $122M in salary including cap holds. The cap is expected to be around $117M.
That leaves us with:
Lowry
VanVleet
Powell
Siakam
OG
McCaw
Stanley
Boucher
Dewan
Matt
Terrence
#29 draft pick
#59 draft pick
That's 11 players, 2 picks and only Boucher at center. No real backup PF since RHJ will be gone too.
We'll have the non-tax payer midlevel (around $9.9M). Plus veteran and minimum contracts to fill out the roster.
If we can't afford to bring back Serge, we'll need to replace him somehow. I think the mid-level goes to that guy. My hope is it's someone like Harry Giles or Aron Baynes if we want a vet. But I think that'll be the focus of free agency this off season.

I'll be cheering for the Celtics the next round mostly because I'm tired of hearing these two words: "Heat Culture". I roll my eyes everytime I hear those words. It's all fabrication.

Heat Culture = LeBron James.
Nah they've been scrappy respectable every since he left. Arison, Riley, and Spoelstra definitely have a little mafia thing going. Add in alumni like Haslem and D Wade and Mourning and there's an identity when you think Miami Heat.
In order, cheering for:
1. Denver
2. Miami
3. Lakers
4. No one
5. No one

Even if it's not strictly the best basketball move, Lowry retires a Raptor, period. I honestly don't think Masai has the stones (or heart) to even move him in a good trade. And he shouldn't.
Most of the moves we can make are surface/bench moves. I want to see Masai be bold.
