  • I don't think that was a foul by butler, kemba just lost ball and started flailing

its always after every successful challenge there is a jump ball
Ya but if a coach is challenging a foul, a slap on the arm for example and its deemed not a foul but a foul occured earlier like body contact the foul stands. Dont know why they cant call the Tatum pusb off when the defender has to clear all wrong doing during the entire play.

Too bad Gordon Hayward didn’t play in our series. He is so bad.
                  FOR REal

man remember when Boston was happy they got that fool?

                  What a loser franchise

Bunch of championships from when nobody was in the league and other than that wait - they hav the same amount as us??

Yep, one. Except they're always overrated, and we're underrated.

Boston has nothing left after that series with us.....

To win it all most if not all of your players have to be having career years... Tatum is doing that and so is Brown and to a degree Smart.
Kemba is not having his best year (to his standard) and neither is Hayward.

The Heat.. well everyone is having a great year (to their own individual standards).. Dragic... Crowder ... Adebyo.. Jimmy are all playing better than the thier long term mean.... Mix in a cinderall story in Herro and you have a team thats on a roll.

The Heat are playing the best they have all season right now.
If they can keep it up they have a chance against the Nuggest in the finals.
There's no such thing as a 2nd round bust.

                      • The way the Heat are handling Boston ... with relative ease is making me think the Raps are back to being a great regular season team with no real shot at a championship. I thought things would be different with this group vs the DeMar lead group, but proof is sort of becoming more evident now.

Love ya like a brother but this is just self flagellation...

There was really nothing to choose between the Raps and the despised Chowders going into that series. .
To me the things that swung the series were that Pascal didn't play well and Smart shot like Steph Curry. That and the hundred turnovers in the first half of game 7 that just make sports .. well sports. All these events were unexpected.
It was enough to give the Chowders the win. They did win it and they earned it.

Now Masai Ujirii will earn his next contract which will be the biggest for his position in the league.
How does he remain competitive while looking to land the biggest FA since Lebron.
Lets see how things unfold in the next few months.

Absolutely, I'm optimistic about Masai finding a way to get this team back to being a contender.

It was a 7 game series. Pascal should have could have and Smart went off and we didn't adjust, guys didn't shoot like in the regular season, some guys didn't shoot at all ...at the end of the day these are just excuses and we gotta take the end result for what it was. We fought like hell, but definitely were not the better team. Miami shouldn't be having such an easy time if we had to scratch and claw.

Miami's having an easy time? The series is literally tied in total points. All three of games 1, 2 and 4 could easily have been Boston wins. Frankly it's very similar to the Raps series where a bunch of games could have gone either way.

And it's not like Miami is rolling Boston. Celtics could easily be up 3-1 - they coughed up Game 1 and Games 2 and 4 were close affairs. The difference between Miami and Toronto is that Miami has, as you said above, pretty much all their guys playing at the top of their games while the Raps had Lowry and OG. Honestly, it's a bit frustrating to watch this series cause you see Miami capitalizing on Boston's sloppy play, which Toronto never really did, and the Heat running the goddamn Adebayo screen and roll with, well, pretty much anyone, and carving up the Celtics with that play.
