This Lou Williams story is NOT funny at all. What if that clown on IG didn't post Williams pic on IG? that clown already lied that those pics are "old". All it takes is one selfish individual for an outbreak to happen. Look at what's going on in baseball.

Forget about Williams potentially costing the Clippers a chance of winning it all, but his selfishness might not only infect other players following the rules but also all the staff in the bubble and their FAMILIES.

Kinda sucks for him in a way that he has credentials and access now. He was always like a RR poster here would hype the team but also joke about the guys (Wouldn't be surprised if one of the accounts here that isn't active anymore is him from his RR days).

Some teams that might be in trouble include the Rockets, Pacers, Heat and Thunder. With the Clippers doing remarkably well thanks to Ballmer's deep pockets (who made even more money this year). Gilbert may be one of the richest owners in sports as well. Yet they have a really crappy team. Lebron factor I bet is still paying off.

MLSE wasn't mentioned.. but I could see them struggling. Would they get anything back from the NHL bubble? Are any of those games being played at the Scotia Bank Arena (still hate that name)?

But one more interesting tidbit is that draft picks might become available for cash. If Masai wants to move up in this draft coming up, he might be able to.

I can't remember the last time the Raps bought a pick, even the years they didnt have one & had money on the table they never bought one.

I think it's very tricky to commit to anything right now. From the looks of things this virus isn't going away this year. What will happen 2021 If no treatment is available that would put this pandemic to bed ?! Another season with empty arenas?! Would the owners accept losing more money?! If things dont change with the border would the Raptors be forced to play Home games elsewhere down the States like the Blue Jay's if America opens up fully?! Some players aren't going to look kindly to signing with the Raptors (in the offseason) if there will be extra restrictions placed on themselves or family/friends everytime they come in and out of Canada.

Hopefully, this suppresses FVV’s market price down to realistic levels or a 1-yr deal.

I don’t think Masai is going anywhere, as long as we compensate him appropriately. Nurse seems loyal and appears to see the value of living in Toronto (he’s a mid-west guy anyways).

As for players, I think we are getting a better reputation. The franchise has elevated itself, winning and culture have been top notch. We’ve been able to retain the players we have, minus Kawhi but he wanted to be in LA regardless. I really think we are on equal footing with maybe 26 of the other teams. LA, Golden State and Miami will always be a big draw. But other than franchises I think we have equal chance to get guys.

They are hardly living is ground zero, they're isolated from the outside world (with the exception to Lou Will). It's not like they are operating like the MLB.
