Lowry: Show us you deserve that contract

Derozan: Polishing off his game from last year; Tighter handles, smarter decisions, and look for the goddamn roll man

Ross: Come back with a vengeance. Show that you won't let any Joe Johnsons push you on D

Amir: Its all about his health

JV: I want to see a breakout season for this man

Greasy: Be the bench's x-factor. Control the game against other bench units, you actually have support to assist to.

2Pat: Improve on Pre-injury Pat. Hustle, defense, pick n pop.

Lou: Give us a punch off the bench. Go ahead and score.

Fields: If you get your shot back, you get your minutes back

Bebe: Show us your shotblocking potential. Get some glue on your hands, only baskets for you will be PnR, you better catch that pass and go straight up.

Bruno: Hard work is in order. Show us your spot up 3, and use your length to bother passing lanes.

Okay, I overdid it a little. It was just frustrating watching the team pull up like a bunch of horses with the bits too tight.

                      The Starters
Lowry - Points diminish compare to last year, more assist and rebounds
DeRozan - Improves from last year, more attacking the rim and hit more 3s, less jumper
T-Ross - Improves from last year, more jumper, less 3s, attack the rim more, stronger and faster
Amir - Hope he stays the same but most likely will diminish his role as our primary backup PF/C
Val - Improves from last year, more rebound, less foul and more attack the rim

                      Bench
Vazquez - Improves and hopefully get back to his Pelicans days
Lou Will - Hope he brings the 76ers Lou and not the Hawks Lou
JJ - Hope he brings the Raptors JJ and not the Bulls JJ
2Pat - Improves from last year and might become our starting PF in midseason
Bebe - Hope he stays on the roster as opposed the D-League

                      New Guys
Bruno - Might surprise the team by scoring at least a 20+ ppts this season and not end up in the D-League

Lowry - Start trusting his young teammates a bit more and start spreading out his options on offense a bit more. Gotta get the ball to JV a bit more on those pick n' rolls. More play creation for others needed from Lowry.

DeRozan - Has to improve those handles. Has to be able to releive some of the ball pressure on Lowry. Be able to create for himself better and also start learning to create for his teammates more.

Ross - Defense is coming along, just needs to be smarter on that end which he will be with experience. Needs to figure out his niche on offense though. Is he a spot up shooter, slasher, can he be a primary scorer on this team? He has the skills, but no alpha dog mentality. Also needs to improve his handles.

Amir - Would like to see him work on lower body strength. Both for his ankles as well as to keep players from backing him down in the post. West, Griffin, Stoudamire come to mind as bigger PF's that were able to have their way with him in the paint.

JV - Needs to learn to play smarter and stay out of foul trouble. Has to pick up his rebounding and also learn to recover better when he comes out to help on defense.

JV - post play and defence
Amir - ahhh, don't get injured please
                          Ross - penetration, consistency
Demar - wing to big passing, handles, defensive effort
Lowry - leadership, whatever it takes to elevate Ross and JV
Vasquez - more passing off the drive please, get your homies some looks
Patterson - i'd say post play but whatever, keep ballin
JJ - buy in, get it together mentally, could have a very big role with this team if he wants it IMO

Bruno - absorb anything and everything to improve basketball IQ
Hayes - buy val a breather once in a while
