Unsanctioned "game". Apparently once you join the NBA players can't play basketball without league approval even if its for charity. Doesn't sound draconian at all.

Meh, big deal. Its better than getting fined for shouting at the refs, this time you get fined for a basketball clinic for the fans in the Philippines. Im okay with that, and all those multi-millionaire athletes should be too.

A key that opens many locks is a master key, but a lock that gets open by many keys is just a shitty lock

I gotta say, that's very hard to believe. Do you have any kind of source?

NBA cares when you get 150k.

It makes sense, this one seems like an event that's on the up-and-up but if you don't have rules against such things it's not long before you have your current players doing exhibition games in North Korea or doing private games like something out of The Two Escobars.

Wow, that seems like a ton of money to be paying a bunch of guys for a two day event. I watched the video RR put on FB yesterday when they were getting introduced to a studio audience, that shit was awkward as hell with everybody having mics and like 4 or 5 of the hosts talking at the same time!

When they get fined, does the money just go to the NBA? This sounds like an NCAA type of thing..
