That I didn't know.. but after the Paul George trade I went off on a rant that they'd be lucky to compete in 2 years even with that boatload of draft picks. Then they dumped Westbrooke for Paul in a your bad deal for mine and I wondered if Pauls heart would be in it playing for a team on a long rebuild. It looked bleak.

And fast forward a year .. and here they are.. front and centre looking to sneak into 4th.

WIth no pressure on Chris Paul I think they get by whoever they draw in the first round and are going to be a very tough out in round 2.
They got 3 really good guards in Paul SGA and Schroeder and a rim protecting rebound machine in the middle in adams. Gallo is playing for the last big deal and these guys without the horseshit from Westbrook are bought in to Billy Donovan.

Easy to like ... Tough to beat.
