Tankathon has one of the 2nd round picks as Matthew Hurt.

Whomever drafts Matthew Hurt also needs to have Cameron Payne on their roster.

I like the fact that we have the best chance of team upside with this pick vs the other top 4 pick teams. I just don't think the Raps are as bad as they finished and certainly not bottom 4 across the league

If it’s Mobley than Kyle has to stay. If it’s Suggs we can afford to lose him for the right price (sign and trade Simmons?). If it’s green than I think keeping him around would be very beneficial.

I kind of think it doesn't matter who we draft and Kyle should be moving on. Even if we landed the top pick and got Cade, we still wouldn't be ready to compete for a title right away.

This team needs to learn how to play without him.

I'm most interested in what this means for Trent Jr. If Mobley is off the board and we end up drafting one of the Green's then do we give Trent a big offer to be our short term starter and then trade in a year when the new prospect is ready to start? Remember Trent was stuck behind Dame, CJ and Melo in POR so may have a big developmental year for us. Could he be a 20 pt scorer for the Raps?

I think you keep Trent Jr. as long as he doesn't break the bank. It's best to retain your assets, if he doesn't fit, then we can always move him if the contract isn't an overpay. Suggs/Green, Fred, Trent Jr., and Flynn is a pretty damn good back court rotation. 3 of them could be on the court at a time in small ball lineups.

If Mobley doesn't fall then we really need to shore up the 5.

We've also got Harris who was flashing some promise towards the end of the season. I can't see them trying to resign Lowry with so many young players to spread minutes among.

And again, Trent (if he signs) may hit another level this year with a steady role. Like getting two lotto picks in some sense.

Springer might end up being a really solid player with a long but unspectacular career. Something like Brogdon or Andre Miller.

Everyone keeps talking about the Rockets history of big men. That was back in the 80's and 90's lol. Like most of the teams in the NBA they're now a run and gun team. Green is the perfect fit. He has the highest ceiling in this draft and he's also the most marketable player in this draft.

As for the Cavs, yes they have Sexland on their team. But I always view Sexton as a 6th man like a Jordan Clarkson type. So why not draft Suggs and pair him up with Garland? they already have their big in Allen. I guess the only question is do they want to give Allen a 100 million contract? because he's a RFA and he's going to command that kind of money. If they don't want to commit to Allen long term then I could see them drafting Mobley.

Two Cleveland Cavaliers insiders believe that a sign-and-trade deal involving Jarrett Allen could happen if the team ends up landing center Evan Mobley in the 2021 NBA Draft.

“I had this discussion with Chris Fedor, Cleveland.com’s superb basketball writer,” wrote Terry Pluto of Cleveland.com in regards to Allen’s future if the team drafts Mobley. “He quickly said, ‘Sign-and-trade.'”

Allen is a restricted free agent, meaning the Cavaliers will have the opportunity to match any offer he receives on the open market. With that luxury comes a handful of options, like being able to negotiate a sign-and-trade deal.

“Sign-and-trade? Sure,” Pluto continued when asked for his personal opinion on the Allen situation. “Makes sense.”

If the Cavaliers draft Mobley, they would presumably not want to stunt his growth by having Allen eat minutes at the center position.

I'm ok with green, Mobley and kuminga..not sure about Suggs, I just have gut feeling his value little overvalued, I hope I'm wrong. Great talent, don't get me wrong, but if I'm raptor organization I pass on him.

I don’t think Houston will draft for fit with Wall. They’re more likely to consider Wood, KPJ, and Tate. I think they should take Mobley.

I think realistically they are so early in building a team they will take the person with the highest upside. Suggs would fit them REALLY REALLY well but so would Green. I don't see them picking mobley because they don't have a good team to fit around him to help him to grow right now.

They should take mobley but I think they won't go for it.
