Houston is in such a bad spot they just need a guy that has potential to be a scoring leader and just get fans excited while they rebuild. Sort of a Harden replacement. I don't think they will care if Mobley has the ability to impact both sides of the game or that he might be the better building block for now.
Cavs will then take Mobley because he's the better player with the unicorn potential.
Suggs drops to the Raptors because he will be viewed, and rightfully so, as the player with the least potential to be a star. I'd be ecstatic to have him still but being the smaller, less explosive and athletic guy who doesn't specialize at anything in particular has him going at 4 or possibly lower if Raps have other ideas.

Tyson Etienne
Aaron Wiggins
Jalen Crutcher
Marcus Zegarowski
Geo Baker
Joe Wieskamp
Balsa Koprivica
Scottie Lewis
Jose Alvarado
Basically a list of "who is this?"
Pretty sure Aaron Wiggins has a promise in the draft. It surprised some that he's staying in.
Other than him any of these guys worth looking at?
Also, because of Insta posts we know that these 3 have also been in Tampa
Evan Mobley
Isaiah Mobley
Jonny Juzang

This is a really bad analysis of Suggs, disagree with all of it. He has just as much potential to be a star as any of them, no reason he can't become as good as Damian Lillard. He's smaller but still pretty tall for a PG, his position, so smaller doesn't matter, he's tall for his position. How exactly is he less explosive and athletic? Not what I saw at all watching him play. He's pretty damn athletic and explosive. He doesn't specialize because he's really good at everything, what exactly is his weakness because I don't see it.
That's just MY reasoning and it doesn't mean he won't be a terrific player.

Joe Wieskamp might turn out to be better than Corey Kispert. Had a better 3pt shot, and is younger. Yet a second rounder because he didn't play for Gonzaga. His FT shooting was down this past season, but that's probably an abnormality. He shot 85.6% in his sophomore year. Only 67.7% in his junior year though. But a 46% shooter with over 150 attempts is nice.
No idea how good his defense is though. But it's interesting that we took a look at him.

No.. I do NOT want Barnes. But he fits the Raptor profile a lot. Great length. Comes across as a hard worker. Really elite defensive skills. And shooting has never really been a quality that the Raptors have desired (well until they brought in Matt Thomas for that reason - but then shipped him out pretty quickly).
As for Mobley, yes they can develop pretty much anyone.. but he's all defense. Great stats. Great length. Has that type of game our team looks for. I just think they'll value him more than Suggs which irks me a bit, since I think Suggs will be the better player (but what do I know lol).
Not sure they waste a pick by bringing in his brother. We have some shame as a franchise.
He is indeed an absolutely elite defensive prospect, but he's not limited offensively like so many of those guys are. He's tantalizing in a wide variety of offensive skillsets, making his upside an elite all around player (with 20+ PPG + DPOY upside).

Mobley being all defence (as in no offence) is a bit of a misnomer. He's already a terrifying roll threat with the ability to catch very poor passes near the rim and finish contested looks on the roll in a variety of ways. He's already established a bit of a face up/high post offensive game as an individual threat. He's shown positive signs for shooting. And he's very solid making decisions inside against doubles and making good to great passes out of those actions, though it will take time at the NBA level for him (like most rookies) to get used to the speed of the game.

Houston is the biggest domino in my opinion. If they pick green or suggs... I feel like they SHOULD pick suggs, I think they ultimately take green. If they take green the cavs taking mobley isn't a given. If I were masai/bobby i'd then do some haggling with the cavs to move up and snag their spot with future picks ... id even offer to toss in boucher. OR you you could even offer them cap relief as an alternative option and trade them Boucher.our pick and baynes, and Hood, for K love... athough I dont' think thats quite enough salary wise but I would do it call me crazy.

Mobley is the ideal target but Suggs, if he is the one that Raps draft, is no slouch. At the very least Suggs should (eventually) be an upgrade to FVV, a guy who is averaging near 20/6/4. A better version of Fred is definitely All Star worthy and that's what you hope for when drafting in the lottery.

All 4 of those guys have the ability to be an all-star and maybe a superstar. I feel as though we have the best ability to develop whoever we get.
Whoever we draft will be coming into a winning organization, with a roster and coaching staff filled with talent, character and experience to guide the rookie. There are plenty of players that were drafted into the wrong situation and never developed properly. 5 years from now I’ll be surprised if whoever we draft at 4 isn’t better than the 3 drafted above him.

I’m starting to dive into the second round a bit more. I’ve started with 5’s and there are a few guys I would take flyers on. If we keep both picks I would like to see them draft Ibou Diana Badji. He’s a project if there ever was one. He’s 7’1†with a 7’8†wingspan. His standing reach is around 9’10†and he’s a fluid athlete and runs the floor well and has hops. His shooting form looks okay, but he really needs development.
Bruno was the last guy we drafted that was as raw as this guy, and I don’t think the organization was prepared to develop him correctly. Now that we have the 905 we could test out how do bring up a player through our system.
