Likely, yes, but a 32% chance at top 4 is nothing to sneeze at. Heck, it's nearly double the odds they pick at 7 (19%) and not dramatically less than the odds they pick 8th (48%), assuming they are alone in the 7 slot going into the lotto.

The Bulls moved from 7th to 4th last year. Can it happen in back to back years? I really doubt it. There's a lot of great wingers in this draft(what they need) so i'm fine drafting 7th or 8th.

7th moved to the top of the draft 3 years in a row. If it happens again it will be the 4th time in a row. Probability doesn't care how often it's happened back to back though. It's still a 32% chance.

Draft spot is not the end all be all. If Raps really like someone they can always attempt to move up. They tried that with SGA though unsuccessfully.

Wondering if we have the ability to package our 2nd rounders (GSW & Memphis) both will be somewhere in the mid 40s. To get up in the 30s. Dont know if we need to have 3 rookies coming in next year with Flynn, Harris, Gillpsie already here

Why trade up to 5th? You like Kuminga that much?

In a draft like this though, trading up to the top 5 will be very difficult, unless the team in the 5th slot really doesn't like Kuminga, who seems like the consensus 5th pick a tier below the top 4 and a tier above the rest, and after whom it is very flat.

Depends if who you're trading with isn't too high on whoever is available at 5 and thinks their pick still would be at 7 plus maybe your second.

There could always be something similar to a Doncic for Young swap. Depends if the other team is interested in the player the Raptors pick and vice versa.

I'd be inclined to say Boucher is expendable. But don't think he and our 7th or 8th would be enough.

Barnes, Johnson, Mitchell, Moody all look good to me if we don't move up. And I'm sure there will be other prospects that do well in workouts and enter the conversation.

If we get any one of Cade, Green, Suggs or Mobley, I'd call it a major success.

The likelihood is we draft 7th or 8th, but the chances of drafting in the top 4 or falling to 8th is fairly similar. Just have to hope the ping pong balls falls our way.
