Because this is a deep draft. A lot of people are high on Keon and Moody's upside. Davion Mitchell had a tremendous NCAA tournament. Then there's Scottie Barnes who plays like Draymond Green. Then there's Giddey who passes the ball like LaMelo Ball. Franz Wagner is another one. I agree with planetmars Wagner is an intriguing talent.

Keon's offense scares me. Hate to be a "stats guy" when talking about young prospects.... but when I see ORTGs in the 90's or lower, at any level, then that's a red flag to me. Keon is ~ 97 ORTG at 26% USG. If anything, you're supposed to be dominating your peers at the lower levels.
If we're looking at a guy that can create for himself and get buckets (outside the top 4).. I'd go with James Bouknight or Ayo Dosunmu. Bouknight got hurt and only played 15 games. Dosunmu is older.. he's 21 (and will be 22 in January).

As far as him being slight yeah he is and has what looks like narrow shoulders...apparently that means he will have a hard time putting on weight. He's coming out of college though and thoseguys tend to bulk up after a few years in the NBA.
I've probably been the most outspoken about him on the board but I have to admit I don't see Raps picking him. They just don't have much quality depth behind Siakam and OG, and Boucher is probably traded at some point in the season.

I've seen that comparison before but don't completely agree. He's not a great 3 pt shooter and has more of an inside game than Lou or Jamal from the footage I've seen. Bouk projects to score at all 3 lvls if his game translates to the NBA so I wouldn't say he is a specialist. No more than soybean is a specialist.

Bouknight is a guy that the modern game/rules/spacing should really benefit. If you want an offensive spark plug, he looks like a good one.
And his size isn’t bad for a 2-guard, but I get the defensive concerns.Last edited by SkywalkerAC; Thu May 27, 2021, 09:09 PM.

Bouknight's weaknesses are also correctable especially on Raps. Nurse will make him develop long ball and be off ball threat, defensive intensity is a given you don't play on Raps if you don't play D, decision making such as shot selection can also be fixed.
Kinda reminds me of Tatum in way because people were saying Tatum could have tunnel vision and his long ball wasn't there but when he got to NBA to worked on his threes and got it.Last edited by MixxAOR; Thu May 27, 2021, 09:05 PM.Only one thing matters: We The Champs.
