A Lowry/Fred/Jalen/Malachi four-some is exciting. Can mix and match with any guy. Remember McCaw got 25 mpg as the backup PG in a season where we had a 60 win pace. You could even have Suggs out there as a 3 in a small ball line up. Backing up OG or Trent.
Lowry will only be good for like 50 games + playoffs anyway. Suggs will start when Lowry is load managing.
It's Harris that will be the odd man out with Suggs here. But it is what it is.

At the end of the day, I hope we get a player that can best compliment our existing core. Whether that is a guy that puts pressure on defenses so Pascal and FVV don't have to play hero ball or if it's a guy who is a great passer that can get easy baskets for other players. We've gotta find a way to get the main guys into their comfort zones again.

It's just really difficult to say if Raps see the top 4 in the same way. Cade and Mobley are probably there but maybe Green is considered a non system player sort of like a Westbrook...difficult to coach type. And Suggs is considered to have a lower ceiling similar to FVV.

Where is this “Green isn’t coachable narrative†coming from? Brian Shaw raves about him.

He’s the type of scorer we need. I’m sure we could get some decent defence out of him.

If it makes Masai and his team less stressful to just sit and wait until the leftover falls into their lap then they aren't doing their due diligence.
I’m sure Masai and Bobby will do their due diligence, and if there’s red flags with any of those players they’ll find talent.

I don’t man, I’ve only heard good things about him. He works hard, is a sponge, good kid, great athlete, 6’-5†and appears to have a decent wingspan (he looks long), and he improved during his short stint in the a G-League. If he falls to us I’ll be ecstatic.
