If Green is still there at the number 3 pick this is who I think they will go with.

I suppose they have Gary Harris but his contract is also up soon and he is making 19 million this year and probably wanting similar money if not more so getting a GOOD guard prospect under a cost controlled deal is smart.

the raptors are HUSH HUSH about their work outs which I like. There were some specific workouts that they announced but I think with the top top guys you will see very few leaks.
Nobody is spying on the Cavs lol

John Hollinger dropped his top 20 for this year's draft - basically, he figures 20 people out of every draft class will become at least NBA rotation players or better, because that's about how many do. Before that, just for the sake of comparison, here's his top 20 from last year:
1. LaMelo Ball
2. Anthony Edwards
3. Killian Hayes
4. Onyeka Okongwu
5. Obi Toppin
6. Tyrese Halliburton
7. Devin Vassell
8. James Wiseman
9. Isaac Okoro
10. Kira Lewis
11. Aaron Nesmith
12. Paul Reed
13. Aleksej Pokusevski
14. Patrick Williams
15. Devon Dotson
16. Deni Avdija
17. Saddiq Bey
18. Cole Anthony
19. Theo Maledon
20. Precious Achiuwa
His three "sleepers" for potential NBA careers were Malachi Flynn, Desmond Bane and Elijah Hughes. One year later, that's a pretty decent list - only Devon Dotson hasn't had NBA minutes yet, and at least fourteen of the twenty-three have demonstrated they have the talent to be at least rotation players already if not more. He also accurately dropped Wiseman down further than many big boards of the time, had Toppin, Halliburton and Bey ranked both higher than their draft positions and closer to their actual talent levels, and called LaMelo as the actual best draft prospect in the class. Not flawless, obviously, but pretty solid.
So this is his top 20 for this year:
1. Cade Cunningham
2. Evan Mobley
3. Scottie Barnes
4. Alperen Sengun
5. Jalen Green
6. Jalen Suggs
7. Franz Wagner
8. Jonathan Kuminga
9. Jalen Johnson
10. Josh Giddey
11. Jared Butler
12. Corey Kispert
13. James Bouknight
14. Moses Moody
15. Usman Garuba
16. Davion Mitchell
17. Miles McBride
18. Keon Johnson
19. Chris Duarte
20. Jaden Springer
Sleepers: Roko Prkacin, Neemias Queta, Herbert Jones.
As for the rest of his big board:
