BC knew how to get fans' short term hype up. It was fun getting Rudy Gay and watching him hit game winners for half a season, then it all went downhill.

I believe the stat sheet banning happened in the first half of the 2013-14 season before the Gay trade and the ensuing miracle run to the playoffs. Sadly no Bargs at that point.

Sad part about the end of the 2012-13 season after Gay arrived was Bargs came back from an injury and was playing 6th man and GOT BACK INTO THE STARTING LINEUP for the final 4 games he played before he got hurt again and was out the rest of the year.

So according to Lewenberg, Raps are in line to have the trade call for the Lowry deal with the league office, it's just a long wait, lots of trades and signings to process. But apparently should be done by this evening (and clearly if they are waiting on a call the trade return has been finalized).

If Bulls want Dragic and a 2nd rounder we could do a S&T here. Or try to get into that DeMar trade by moving Dragic to the Spurs. Not sure what their cap situation is like now.

Markkanen is so much better than Yuta it's not even close. Markkanen has all star potential. Dude averaged 18ppg a couple of years ago. Yuta on the other hand imo is nothing but a bench warmer.

Ah, thanks. He played well for TC at that qualifying tournament. I wanted his cousin though.....we should have moved the moon to get him.

I would LOVE his cousin but yeah they actually train together in the off season. I just say NAW because its easier than saying his entire name each time. He is good though. Really good. I would honestly love to pair the two of them together. They are both 6'5 with 6'8 wing spans. Both crafty. Both can pass. SGA is better than his cousin though but his cousin is a year younger. Basically you would have a perfect bench guy who can shoot play defence and is crafty as a playmaker. He would take the spot Harris was originally going to take. If we got him or Markkenen I would say this off season was a success. He can play point if you need him to but he also wouldn't take minutes away from Flynn.
