If anything does happen with this, it will likely be the Heat getting the punishment for tampering/contacting Lowry before negotiations officially opened. I doubt anything happens to the Raptors. Punish them by forcing them to send us an extra draft pick or 2 our way

Lowry will still be in Miami but the penalty could be either or one of the team losing a draft choice next year

Now...If NBA Vetoed like how Bogdonovic last year with Milwaukee, then...it will be VERY interesting
