Will Lou I believe posted in the forums under ddaylewis. Blake was on the front page, not sure he ever came into the forums.

Were they all on here? I knew Blake was. What were their monickers at the time?
Not sure if I need my Athletic subscription anymore. Blake is the best out there. Though, Eric really upped his game with his recent Scottie article…
Some day the Raps will hire me for their extensive gif department 🤞

It's a bit Toronto-centric but it's a great shot of quality NBA perspectives in a very hockey dominated network
The moral of the story is, keep posting at the Republic and you too can one day become part of the machine

That's pretty darn good. And one might even argue that in a free society there should be room for one holdout/exception. On an NBA team in the fall of 2021 though - even that is going to be a bit of a pain.

Yea kyrie tool absences all year last year. I doubt he cares Question will be what he does when playoffs come around if the policy is still in effect. Or will he just do this for attention and get the Vax in November
It isn't even an NBA rule its a city and state rule. So they can't get him an exception. So if he doesn't get the jab then he may as well retire.
He may be willing to take that stand but we will find out. If he does take that stance... welp .. hats off to him I suppose. I wouldnt make the same decision but takes out one of our competitors.

Perfect excuse for max salary guys to get paid to sit out games while load managing until the playoffs. That’s what they want to do anyway. Gotta love the Player Empowerment era.

I understand the players. They negotiated to a CBA already. If there is a case like wiggins or someone in N.Y or L.A or players traveling to Canada who will miss games. They want those game cheques regardless. I'm sure the teams/owners are arguing they shouldn't have to pay them but health orders preventing people to play is not in the CBA, so legally they are likely still entiled to that money... The NBA has no power or say in health orders in L.A, N.Y or Canada it's not a battle the leauge will take, so its all about those game cheques.. It really just shows if these guys are unwilling to get the shot they don't care about winning or there teammates and just want to stack paper. Which has always been the thought about Wiggins and dudes like Kyrie who are known as bad teammates. But they are likely entiled to their $
