Got back from a Jays game... they lost but the experience was awesome. Life felt normal this afternoon.
I digress... so looks like our GROAT has moved on to Miami and get to play with another one of his buddies for the next 3 years. I would wish him good luck but I hate the Heat. Just hope he's happy I guess. Can't wait until his retirement ceremony. The video guy will put on an epic presentation I bet. There will be tears shed that day.
Moving on.. seems like the Raptors are overpaying for free agents again. I mean $18M for Trent.. what the hell are we doing? I mean he's making the same as OG? Really? Is it because it's a 3 year term instead of 4 years? Either way retarded contract. Won't play up to it, but hopefully it's tradeable eventually or he's decent in the 3 years he's here. We couldn't even muster a team option on that 3rd year with that deal? Crazy balls.
Still don't really know the details on the Lowry S&T. I guess we got Precious.. I hope he develops because right now he looks like a dud to me. I hope we get something nice for Dragic. We still need a center.
Bummed that Olynyk, Noel, Allen and Theis are all gone. Holmes is still there and we have interest which is cool. If we lose out on him hope we can make a trade for a starting caliber center (and I don't mean Birch).
Biggest fish left seem to be Norm and DeMar. Maybe they go back to Portland and San Antonio respectively. For RFA's Collins and Markkanen are still available too.
The Knicks are hilarious by the way.

Miami trying to put together the most annoying team of all time hahaha. I don’t know whether Lowry/Robinson/Butler/Tucker/Bam with Herro as 6th is a true top contender, but they’ll be a hard out for anyoneThe name's Bond, James Bond.

I agree little overpay, but ppl seem 2 be happy that his not more than 20 million, crazy..Lowry gone..that one hurts, but our hands were tide, we don't even know what we got, nothing concrete or confirmed..and no center..One thing I dislike about the raptors organization they are so tight lip, nothing leaks and slow as F%$$.

The Trent deal is one of those deals where it doesn't really matter what they paid him. They weren't pressed up against the tax either way, they weren't going to have cap room either way, they just wanted him locked in early so if they get a chance to use cap room they can screw around and pull his QO without risking him signing elsewhere, and get him locked on that contract so he can put up shiny point totals and be the salary ballast they send out in any trade for a star.
