So seems like Toronto and OKC had Barnes ranked higher than Suggs on their boards. Maybe Orlando did as well. But they were in a position to just take the guy that was left.

First portion of that video of NN sitting literally beside him rubbing elbows is something that is special as a first impression.

Honestly I am not sure if I would ever see the same interaction of Pascal and Nick Nurse after so many eye catching negative stuff and negative body language that happened between the two of them

I just have a feeling Pascal’s days with the Raptors is numbered, could be this offseason or could be the trade deadline mid season when he is on a full mend

I don't think they leaked anything, Grange was wrong day of and Woj/Shams had no bombs to drop on the Raps but I heard they did on every other top 10 pick.

It was public knowledge that Barnes had a thorough workout with the Raps and there was some general late chatter about him moving up in the draft, a couple taking a stab at him going second or third. I think any ties to Toronto were just based on draft board speculation and the fact that he got a thorough workout from them.

I always find your post hilarious, your modus operandi here in this forum is to piggyback your shallow and obvious ideas to someone just to get a like. This is not facebook where you gather friends likes but I am not surprise because that has been your calling card from the very beginning.

the initial post has nothing to do about them meshing with each other. Has something to do of Pascal’s relationship with his coach going forward based on previous negative interactions with each other.

My only quibble is that I think Barnes is already the best ball handler of the 3.... He's definitely better than OG.

Yeah, a lot of negativity around the Barnes pick, but his handle is pretty sweet for a guy his size. Not just for aesthetics, but it looks like 'functional' dribbling to get him into spots to gain advantages on the court. Like way better than Pascal and OG. At this point, I'm excited when Pascal and OG don't trip over their own feet or get stripped after 3 dribbles under pressure. I don't see that happening with Barnes. Maybe my expectations have been lowered.
