There was no stretch where Scottie played without them. It was 3 games all season, games 10, 14 and 15.

Scottie did have a pretty good game in game 10.

We also went 2-1 during that stretch beating Chicago and Detroit and losing to Indiana.

Just not much of a sample size or chance for him to assert himself. So I still think the take is dumb.

That was the point Lou was making on the podcast. He still thinks Scottie will be great as we all still do, and might have just been a case of not being ready for the spotlight last season. It'll be on him big and bright this season though. A lot riding on him being ready to embrace the role of a leader.

First of all....5K members?! Not bad. But don't blame emotional reasons for somebody saying they would put anyone on the table for the guy that was third in the league in scoring last year.
