You can pick which holes to close but others open. I noticed that they don't double but as a result Dennis Schroeder was left on an island against Porizingis in the clutch and sometimes there would be no help on drives since they don't help off corners. They couldn't stop Dame because they forgot how to blitz and trap since they mostly drop on pnr. They don't fight for more possessions but that means their FG% needs to be high and when they have a poor shooting night they get blow out. I'm curious to see how it'll pay off at the end.

I think it will all just be pretty much same from last year. I don't think this team is 50 win team. I don't think they'll be low enough to be in lottery. Biggest jump for this team is what happens with Pascal and GTJ and if Masai can get something out of them.

Not till some players are moved out, this will linger until Siakim and some veterans are gone, Barnes becomes the main ball handler and the Alpha Leader, his Team.

Scottie unleashed in the 4th when Pascal finally got out of his way.

They both need the interior and top of the key but both can't have it at the same time.

Pascal was outside the 3pt line so Scottie could go to work and he's just better at it. He needs to be doubled to stop him.

Scottie said as much in the quick post game interview on the court about being at the top of the key as why he was so dominant in the 4th.

Replace Pascal with someone who can hit 3s and give Scottie even more space and watch out, he's gonna be unstoppable.
