Washington has only one less loss then the Raptors. The Raptors could easily lose a couple of games and end up under the Wiz in the standings. They also have John Wall and Paul Pierce. Wall being a former #1 pick and a max contract guy (the league loves these types of players). Paul Pierce is going to the Hall. Those two guys will help with the hype machine.

I believe the Raptors are better.. but it's probably going to be close by the end of the season (like 1-2 games a part).

Would definitely love playing them in the ECF though

      Agreed. It's a rock-paper-scissors battle. Or a water-fire-grass battle.

      Another circle would be Cavs>Bulls>Raptors>Cavs.
      You mean Wiz>Bulls>Raptors>Wiz

        Not so sure about that.

They've only played 1 game this year, and Raps really only lost 1 qtr. A loss no less, but hardly evidence of a bad match-up. On the other hand:

2013-14: Bulls won 1st game handily (Rudy present). Raps won next 2 handily, Bulls win 4th by 2 in a tight game.
2012-13: 2-1 Raps, with only loss being 2 pt loss in OT
going back to 2012-13 is pointless. who cares when the rosters were COMPLETELY different.

and really only lost 1 qtr? orlando beat us in every quarter except the last. does that mean they're just as good as we are? too many nitpicking specific situations to make the raptors look better.

Well, ya know, when speaking of "bad match-ups", there's not much to go on but history, and if history says the opposite of the declaration......

So tell me what nitpicking specific situations you got to support Bulls being a bad match-up for the Raps, which is what I was responding to. One game?
