It's not nearly as bad as the SportCheck spin-off #mynorth

so bad. Comes off as so cheap lol. Then in the commercial they say "share your stories...#mynorth" what stories? Where? Like did their marketing department think mynorth was amazing and everyone would flock to Twitter to share a story? Or are they just hoping enough people can't tell the difference and think theyre the same slogan?
Just read that Lowry has signed an endorsement deal with SportChek as part of this "#mynorth" campaign.

I'm happy for Lowry, but I'm annoyed that this copycat phrase is gaining steam.

The beginnings of “We the North” can be linked, in part, to a “bloody massive deal” from earlier that year—shortly after American Tim Leiweke had taken over as president and CEO of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE), and Da Silva had arrived at Sid Lee. word hurdle

Once American Tim Leiweke assumed the role of president and CEO of Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment (MLSE) and Brazilian executive Da Silva was hired by the company, "We the North" began to take shape.
