    Game Notes:

    • The Toronto Raptors return home Friday night to host the Dallas Mavericks at Air Canada Centre. Toronto will wear its retro purple uniforms for the second time as part of its 20th Anniversary Nights. Dallas was one of four Western Conference teams (Memphis, New Orleans and Utah) Toronto swept last season. DeMar DeRozan scored a career high 40 points Jan. 22 vs. Dallas. The Raptors are a perfect 4-0 versus the Western Conference. Toronto finished with a .500 (16-14) record against the West last season for the first time since 1999-00 (16-12).
    • The Raptors have won six straight games (Nov. 15-26). With a victory Friday, Toronto would tie its second longest winning streak in team history (Last: Feb. 27 - Mar. 8, 2000). The Raptors won a franchise record nine in a row Mar. 22 - Apr. 9, 2002.
    • Friday’s matchup will feature the top-two offences in the league as Dallas (109.3) and Toronto (108.0) rank first and second, respectively, in the NBA in scoring. The two teams have combined to score 100+ points in 26 of their first 31 games. The Raptors scored a season high 126 points Wednesday night at Atlanta. Toronto had all five starters score in double figures for the third time this season.
    • Toronto’s bench combined to score 52 points Nov. 26 at Atlanta and has now scored 50+ points in three of the last four games (Nov. 21-26). Lou Williams and Greivis Vasquez scored 22 and 21 points, respectively, against the Hawks. The backcourt duo scored 19 of their 43 points in the fourth quarter. Toronto had two players score 20+ points off the bench in the same game for the first time since Jan. 16, 2013 vs. Chicago (Alan Anderson - 27, Kyle Lowry - 26). The Raptors currently rank sixth in the NBA in bench scoring (37.8).
    • Raptors head coach Dwane Casey helped the Mavericks win the 2011 NBA Championship. Casey spent three seasons (2008-11) as an assistant in Dallas before joining Toronto. Dallas posted a 162-84 (.659) mark during that span, winning 50 or more games in each of Casey’s three seasons with the team.
    • Lou Williams earned Eastern Conference Player of the Week honours for games played Nov. 17-24. Williams scored a career-high 36 points and sparked an 18-point comeback Nov. 22 at Cleveland. He averaged 23.7 points in three games, shooting .526 (10-for-19) from three-point range and a perfect 21-of-21 at the free throw line.
    • Toronto is 11-0 this season when leading after three quarters. Dating back to the start of last season, the Raptors are now 46-2 when ahead entering the fourth, including a perfect 27-0 at Air Canada Centre. Toronto has won 36 straight games when leading after three quarters. The Raptors have outscored opponents in the fourth quarter in 11-of-15 games this season and lead the NBA with a +57 (398-to-341) scoring differential in the final quarter.
    • The Raptors are 9-1 at home this season and have won four straight games at Air Canada Centre (Nov. 15-24). Toronto’s nine home victories are most in the NBA. The Raptors have outscored opponents 1064-to-929 (+135) at home this season, including 270-to–234 (+36) in the fourth quarter.

tomorrow's a throwback night correct? Who are the Raptors acknowledging tomorrow?
I know this may be a bit controversial but I think the Raptors have proven that they're the best team in the NBA from Canada

As much of a must win as you can find in November.

This is going to be a tough game. I'm not sure we match up well guarding Dirk. Also we don't have a coaching advantage like we had the past few games. We are going to need JJ's ankles to be able to contain Monta.

Final score: Raptors 97-93 form a big games by Lowry
