Lowry was simply filling in for DD. how do you watch the game and say this... the dude was going all out on the floor. I thought he probably hurt himself in 2 different occasion. Casey has never been a good strategist, he should know more than asking Lowry to play the 2 guard for majority of the mins. I can assure you, this wont be the starting 5 next game.

Are you sure? We used our 1-20second timeout at 4:49 in the fourth and I believe we had only one 60-sec time out left ( I may be wrong here ) so that means we don't get any 20-second timeouts at 2:00 mark. We used our last full time out at 1:23 mark.

My bad. Just checked, raps were out of timeouts. Refs should have given a tech to Lowry and one free throw to the Lakers.

Another example of NBA referees doing a fine job. Deciding this game on a technical free throw would have been a travesty. These guys (and girls!) really know their craft. Best officials in all of pro sports, I always say.

All 3 refs seemed to be distracted by the fact that a hall-of-famer wasn't given the benefit of the doubt on the drive. It's almost like they didn't notice anything other than Kobe (and the Staples Center) yelling for a call.
