Tanking talk is a regular thing around here even when we're a top 4 team in our conference so fully expecting it. People were even calling for us to trade Kawhi to get something before he bolts because they couldn't see us winning a championship. Gotta see what this team looks like once everyone is healthy and have had time to gel.

I just looked around at some preseason box scores and I'm really not worried about how we've looked. Starters are looking like crap on every team I check out.

I think that's just part of preseason. The motivation isnt there yet, just guys going through the motions in a meaningless game.

It means WAY more for the bench guys trying to earn a roster spot or playing time, and that's why the games always get better once the bench guys come in.

If that deal actually presented itself at the draft next year, I think Masai & Bobby would have no choice but to go for it. We all love Scottie, but the upside of 'Yama would be almost impossible to resist.

That’s funny but this should put a stop to the panicking. Maybe Scottie has a rough start like Pascal but he should continue to grow and get better.

We have much bigger problems to worry about than Scottie. Namely shooting.

I think 32 is a fair marker but I would take 30-31 if it comes with the a solid amount of volume

Anyone worried about the Raptors missing the playoffs isn't ready for the tank a thon that's gonna happen around the league this season. If you're not a contender it behooves you to shit the bed this season for a shot at Victor or Scoot.
