I get the silly TRex hot takes cause that’s how he thinks but surprised at how many others are taking preseason so seriously trying to read into trends and predictions based on 3 meaningless scrimmages.

Nobody's reading anything serious. At this early stage you are just looking for glimpses of the off-season development & hard work translating to games. We haven't seen that yet with Barnes, which is the point. In fact, he looks like he's regressed in the tiny sample size of meaningless games. Obviously a long way to go, but signs of growth & sustainable skill improvement are what we should be looking for... which is fair & reasonable commentary.
