It's honestly ridiculous he's starting over JJ, who's been playing great.
Landry's season NetRtg (+/- per 100 possessions) of -16.5 is 7th worst in the league amongst players with his games played and minutes.

The players worse include three Knicks, a Timberwolf, a Net and a King.

      But, this is misleading.

If you adjust for the Raptors' teamwide NetRtg of 6.0/game, Landry Fields's -22.5 is indeed the worst of any player in the NBA with his playing time. This, impossibly, is coming with most of his minutes on the court with Kyle Lowry.

      ----

The worst 20 players in the NBA with at least 15 GP and 12 min/game, by NetRtg - team NetRtg are:
      Landry Fields TOR -22.5
      Alexey Shved HOU -20.3
      Brandon Davies BKN -17
      Ray McCallum SAC -16.7
      Lance Thomas OKC -13.8
      Sebastian Telfair OKC -13.1
      Corey Brewer HOU -12.8
      John Salmons NOP -11.9
      Jason Smith NYK -11.8
      A.J. Price CLE -10.8
      Nik Stauskas SAC -10.8
      Omri Casspi SAC -9.7
      Ramon Sessions SAC -9.6
      Jose Calderon NYK -9.3
      Cole Aldrich NYK -8.9
      Iman Shumpert CLE -8.5
      Zach LaVine MIN -8.2
      Udonis Haslem MIA -8.1
      Danny Granger MIA -7
      Jordan Hill LAL -6.8

(I want you to look at the teams on that list. Keeping in mind this is adjusted for team performance as a whole. What is the common denominator among the teams that show up on the list? What about the teams that don't?)

Vegas still believes in the raptors tonight. -11.5 spread. Although I may be inclined to rather take the 7.5x payout moneyline on the celtics instead.

I doubt it, he said he wants to get in 7 practices before he comes back and skipped yesterdays which puts him at 6

Casey said there will be a starting lineup change tonight. But didn't say who.

It should be JJ in for Landry and maybe Patterson in for Amir.
