Depends on the picks and players coming back. Three late 1sts spread out over the next 3 years isn't a great return for OG. Picks with a chance of being good would be worth it.

Not really absorb, but Knicks have a lot of extra picks.. and guys they could trade easily that aren't in their rotation (like Fournier or Toppin or Reddish).

OG wants to be all-defense or DPOY and he plays on the 19th best defensive team. All that hard work for nothing. I'd probably want to leave too.

Memphis, New Orleans, Knicks, OKC, Magic

Off the top of my head they all have quite a few extra picks. Nobody can absorb OGs salary there would have to be players coming back near his $17M. Could be useful guys or dead weight salary filler.

Three Memphis or New Orleans picks are gonna be late first round picks, not that valuable.

Most of the rumours about OG are that the Raptors would want at least 3 first round picks for him. So the fact the picks were even mentioned seems like that's what they are looking for.

Masai didn't say he wants to win now.. he said he wants to win. When he gets there he didn't exactly specify.

I mean, it's a good thing that rumors are coming out of teams offering 3 first round picks for OG. That's setting the floor.

OG for Hart, Sharpe, and two 1sts (2025 and 2027)
That's palatable for me. Sharpe counts as a 1st.

Here's what I don't understand right. OG himself said he wants a bigger role. What kind of role exactly? On this team he's the 3rd option and he's not good enough to be that. Does he want to be number 1 or 2? Yeah good luck with that.
