None of them believe Siakam moves. They are in agreement that like the Durant talks Barnes remains in the thanks but no thanks category.

As a gesture of respect trading Fred to a legit contender would be a nice vaya cond dios. The Suns could use another ballhandler as insurance in an injury plagued season for both Booker and Paul. Its a guards league in the playoffs. I don't know if thats true but it sounds good..

They have two 2023 first round picks (their own and one from Dallas) and two more in 2025 (their own and one from Milwaukee)

Four First Round Picks (2023/ 2025 two each) and pieces will get it done for Masai….a massive haul like a Gobert one.

I personally would hate giving up OG but Masai and Bobby getting this offer, the move is inevitable.

I really hope it’s not an OG trade unless he genuinely asked out. Some of the packages are definitely very intriguing and I’m sure we could get a good haul if we needed to but it just doesn’t seem necessary to trade him.

Someone like Fred would be more ideal since he needs to get paid even if the package isn’t as good.

That NOP package is the one I really want, landing the lakers pick, Murphy and Daniels would be incredible

Wonder if the Wiz would be interested in Fred. I assume they wanna keep Kuz this summer who’s definitely opting out, and he’s only making 13m right now.

Not certain what he’ll ask for but somewhere in the 20-22m range is probably the low end of what it would take. That raise alone even if they let Nunn and Barton walk gets them dangerously close to the tax.

Trading someone like Porzingis for Fred and Thad would go a long way in keeping them under the tax.

For us either Porzingis opts out this summer and signs for much less than he’s making so he can guarantee more longterm money or he opts in and you deal with resigning him in another year. Tall, good rim protector, he can shoot. Fits pretty damn well for us there, it’s just about how much he’d want when he resigns. With Turner getting 20m, you’d assume Kristaps wouldn’t cost too much more than that
