Detroit to me seems obvious but some these other teams have intriguing young talent and coaching. Which ones will have the biggest jump by the end of 2015-2016?

from there existing winning percentage at this time compared to there final winning percentage for the entire 2015-2016 season for example Detroit now sits at .368 will they increase there winning percentage to a higher degree than any other teams in the east currently positioned 6th thru 16 th. A good example right now would be the bucks. last year vs this year.

I'm going to go with NY. Will be shedding lots of cap, will have a top pick, and will be attractive to some free agents because they are NY.
