Not so much for his contract but because he just played in the NBA finals. That's a lot of minutes this season. He might want to take a break so he can get his legs back for next season.

The world cup starts August 25th. I think he's got enough time to get his legs back and still play. I'd assume we won't even start training camp for over a month from now.

He's signed through the next 2 seasons. No excuses to skip it. It will be so fun to watch him and Shai together.

Yeah really fun series at the end. Lowry was awesome and was one of the rare Heat players that showed up (Bam was super solid too). That nut kick "foul" by Jimmy was hilarious. The refs reviewed that play and they still gave it to them. How in the world Marc Davis gets an NBA finals game is super baffling.

But yeah congrats to the Nuggets. Jokic was incredible. Murray had a rough game 5 but made a clutch bucket. So happy for him after going through what he went through. The Nuggets lost only 4 times through out these playoffs. Pretty incredible run.

Really hope we can get Murray to suit up for Canada.
