Yeah, newsflash, none of us can tell the future. I'm just laying out my thinking - that I think they'll be real good if they run it back, and much worse than real good if they lose talents like Fred and Pascal, but also not nearly bad enough to keep our pick reliably. None of which is inconsistent with my stance re: how important Pascal and Fred are to our team, which is what you accused me of.
With the little difference in numbers, you engaged PM in a rabbit hole/ never ending loop of your patented mental calisthenics

NN waited to get a new gig then thanked the City and Raptors Fans via his IG Account.
good luck NN
piece of advice and hope it reaches him: stay away from putting all your eggs in one basket and never rely on mediocre talent to lead your team. Hopefully this time you have a superstar in Embiid to roll out your vision. If ever your boss Morey acquire your surrogate son, utilize him like you how you used him in 2018-19.

at least he could get on them in fake italian to not hurt their feelings. (his interviews out of halftime frequently reminded me of this clip because of his propensity to just answer a completely different question from the one he was asked)
Sergio and Jordi are one of the three finalist. Hopefully one of the remaining assistant coaches (Adelman or Quinn) who are still fighting it out in this last playoff series is included in the final 3.
But you do have a solid and valid point, the language barrier could be an issue, Sergio’s success in Spain and Virtus Bologna with players communicating with him and vise versa is different from relaying his day to day point of view to these players/ his own assistant coaches/ referees and media here in North America/ Canada.
Although Jordi who was born in Badalona Spain have better command of the English Language. He is young with a background in sports psychology that may come very useful in difficult situations
We will find out soon.Last edited by The Claw Reborn; Fri Jun 2, 2023, 01:24 PM.

His command of the English language seems pretty damn good to me.
Here is a 20 minute post game interview when he was an assistant with the Raptors.

I have a much easier time understanding him than a lot of NBA players born in the USA.
