Looks like Johnson's signing with the Heat. Fucking Pat Riley and his smooth talking man. The Heat have nothing going for them.

Heat are just 14-12 in 2016 and will likely be without Bosh. Dragic isn't fitting as well as they had hoped - he's playing alright, but not at his peak. Miami got the Raps in early November before Toronto really started hitting their stride. In the two games since then the Raps have beaten them by about 20 points each time - once in MIA and once in TOR.

The Heat get too much credit based on their recent history and name recognition.

Still lowry, derozan, Carroll, ross and valanciunas. Derozan can also abuse wade. Like everybody's better than us? Nah son
Heat do have championship level experience, they have that going for them. I have no faith in Casey. Maybe its just PTSD from last year's Playoffs lol. I hope we win though.

    JJ/Carroll can shut down Wade.
Then you have to put DD/Ross on Johnson, and we all know how well that went in the Brooklyn series.

Only way to contain both Wade and Johnson is to play JJ and Carroll at the same time.

I'll take him signing with the Heat over Cleveland.
    Oh yeah, definitely

Oh yeah, forgot Bosh is out. Still Dragic, Wade, Johnson, Deng and Whiteside. Deng has been playing really well at PF, and Wade will abuse DD.

The Rockets and Ty Lawson are looking at a buyout. Honestly, on the right team he could really mess up a playoff race.

I think we've elevated to "mid market" now. Same tier as the Atlanta, indy when good, detroit, Houston. .

Forever and always behind new York, la Miami
and even those 3 cities have had troubles as well with attracting FAs.

    examples:
Knicks - now and Isiah's tenure.
Lakers - now and when they had a starting lineup that consisted of Kwame Brown, Chris Mihm, and Smush Parker.
Clippers - before they got Griffin
Miami - after their 15 win season.

I think the fact that Aldridge strongly considered us (we might have been his second choice, yup even over the Knicks) is definitely a good sign
