*Will try to track this through the year.

5-6 games in, we appear to be pretty good defensively (although 10th isn't ideal). And pretty bad offensively but not quite as bad as some other teams. Still can't believe we lost to Portland and to Chicago.

That's pretty funny actually. Pizzes me off but pretty funny....
How long I been saying we need sandpaper, 3-4 years?

Trade Pascal for Tobias Harris. Same usage but he would thrive in our offense and actually compliment Scottie.

Too simplistic. That should be hurting Scottie too.

it is. he's taking a lower percetage of his FG attempts within 3 feet and hitting them at a worse percentage than last year (62.5% vs 68.5%). and the percentage of his shots he's taking from 3 is up from 22% to 29%.

he's just a beast and superstar in the making. imagine what he could do with more space.

yeah he's been awesome. and a lot of that is transition where he's one of the best players in the league.

our offense as a whole is incredible in transition (largely because of him) and it is propping up our overall offensive rating (which is still only 27th overall but our halfcourt offense is one of the worst of all time)

our halfcourt offense sucks because we are not scoring inside the arc, especially at the rim. and that is because defenses are sagging because there is no spacing.

the one game we managed to look competent was against the bucks who had a combo of terrible POA defense from dame and beasley and refused to play brook lopez in drop coverage (they only played him 19 min overall against us). (the bucks players btw implored griffin to change this scheme and he releneted against the knicks and played lopez in more drop and their defense was way better).

like in our first game against philly we shot 53% from three and still had a halfcourt offesive rating in the 70's because our 2 pt %age was so bad. that shouldn't be possible.

you guys should watch the post game from the second sixers loss the other night. they talk about everything i've been on about all season

If Masai could have traded VanVleet in the summer of 2022, the growth of Scottie during his Sophomore Year would have been accelerated way faster.

That chucker continue his chucking ways in Houston with very low percentage in fg% and 3 points…Jalen Green their once No.2 is now relegated to being a complementary player.

This is no rocket science, Scottie Barnes is thriving because VanVleet is no longer here. Very Simple direct correlation.

Why are the Raptors running a pick and roll with OG as the main ball handler? OG can't dribble and has zero playmaking skills.

Why is Scottie playing as a spot up shooter? where's the spacing? Wtf is Siakam doing? why does McDaniels continue to get playing time?

                          This coach sucks.

This is the SAME exact team that Nurse coached last year and they won 41 games. This team might not win 20.

The coach that gave Scottie the keys? Isn't that what we wanted?

Last season, they won 41 games with Nick, Fred and Pascal. Weren't we complaining about that core was going no where?

Would have been a 4-3 start, if not for the game against the Bulls, a win hand delivered on a silver platter by those corrupt zebras and the dirty plays of Caruso.
