  • Summer League Game 2 Raptors and Nuggets at Vegas 9:30pm on SN360

    Why the hell not?
The Baby Raps showed out last night!
Out to a hot start (30-10) and a blistering finish (32-19)...
    Who are these guys?

While yes, you may have needed a program
    (who was that Battle fellow?)
    there were enough familiar faces.

And even some familiar faces looked different
    Gradey wasn't dropping his 3's
but that's because he was option 1 and 1a on offence
He was everywhere and doing everything
It will be fun to see him to that as the 4th option

Lot's of other first looks and each of them had their moments
(as well laid out in the last game thread)

Interesting to hear that of all the centres in the combine,
Chomche had the fastest sprint time.
And he can throw dimes like this

Going to be fun to see if these guy turn into a real bench mob 2.0

Looking forward to Shead running this play against the big boys

But first, bring home the (summer) 'chip.

I expect another strong performance against an overmatched opponent. I could get used to this whole ‘winning’ thing.

Expect Gradey’s shot to go down early, Ja’Kobe’s to come on late.

I'd like to see them feature Walter more.

Is Gradey going to play? I thought he was only going to do one SL game?

My memory isn't the best, can't remember which game. But there was a crucial failed challenge in the playoffs on an out of bounds. It was obvious from the replay the reason the player last touched it was because of an obvious uncalled foul. But the rule said the refs couldn't call the foul. Just found out on on a similar play in the Wiz-Rockets game that stupid rule has been changed. Good.
If we knew half as much about coaching an NBA team as we think, we"d know twice as much as we do.

I don't want to overreact but if Agbaji is not going to make any open 3s then how is he going to see any playing time?

He and Mogbo may be battling for the back minutes at the 4 spot
