Apparently some guy on RealGM posted a thread a month ago claiming the papers were signed for the D-League team, needed only the backing of the city council etc. He's also saying MLSE is willing to miss playoffs this year.

He seems legit, but salt is warranted.

Even if we send Bruno and Bebe to D-league they still take up the roster spots on actual Raptors team.

So that would mean we proably will neever have more than 3 or 4 of our own guys down there, because that would leave just 11 or 12 available for the big squad.
