We do indeed.... its still two years to early to see if the Wright pick was the wrong one vs Portis...

I love Scola, meaning I highly doubt we didn't even consider Portis whatsoever for athleticism reasons. Apparently JJ is our best athlete, according to Casey, so there's that.

Can't agree more, and I'm a Ross guy. CoJo and Patterson both don't look good this month, and you have no shot creators. In theory, CoJo should be the guy creating shots for the guys around him, but he shows no ability to do that right now.

As much as I like joseph he just isn't that good of a distributor. He is great at penetrating but mostly looks for his own shot in those situations.

(And until Cojo became available, we needed point-guard depth. But I think we'll get value out of Delon.)

Why so oblivious? Article said Portis dropped because lack of athleticism. Golden said we start Scola (who lacks athleticism). That's all. Nothing more was said or implied.
