I was listening to Bulls announcers and the way they acted I don't think Snell and Rose do this everygame.

Snell is shooting 55.3% this season on wide open shots, and 56.3% on wide open threes.

Rose is awful this year, sure. But this didn't feel like an unwinnable game, it felt like a game we pissed away.

Snell is shooting 34% on a season and Rose is shooting 38%. It's more of anamoly then anything.

Ball movement, man. The Bulls had 9 guys with at least 32 touches in the game, and their highest number was Gasol's 74.

We had 5 guys with more than 30 touches, Lowry had 103 touches in the game. Jonas had 22 in 20 minutes(18 frontcourt), Ross had 22 in 30 minutes.

The ball doesn't 'find the hot hand' like Casey said. If the ball moves, it creates the hot hand. If the ball doesn't move, the only guys who get shots are the ones who can create it. Then you aren't playing a team game, you're playing an individual game and hoping the other team doesn't notice.

I was at the Magic Pelicans game tonight and Anderson looked like shit....MU should be able to get him cheap. The problem with Anderson is he is a one trick pony and most defenses are up on him tight consistently on the 3 point line. Probably better than 2Pat but clearly not the solution to all out 3 point woes.
    You live in Orlando?

yeah Bulls hit shots they normally don't hit. Makes sense why they were left open.

    Same group of guys though:

    Ross: 2/5 Uncontested.
    Joseph: 1/1.
Patterson: 2/7.(he can't shoot for shit any night lately though)
    Carroll: 2/4.

All four of those guys can be effective if put in the right position.

On the other end of the floor:

    Rose: 3/5 Uncontested.
Butler: 1/6 Uncontested.(by the way, he was 1/1 contested, he just missed shots tonight)
    Portis: 3/5
    Snell: 6/9
    Brooks: 2/4
    Gasol 5/8.

They moved the ball, got guys open shots and they hit them.

We didn't get guys open shots, expected them to hit shots that weren't open, and it failed. Only three guys on our team shot better than 50% on contested shots tonight(Lowry(8/13), Scola(3/4), JV(3/6)). We went 17/36 on uncontested shots. They went 21/42 on uncontested shots. That's the ballgame.

    Tonight:

    Ross: 1/4 Contested FGA.
    Carroll: 1/6 Contested FGA.
    Patterson 1/6 Contested FGA.
    Joseph 0/2 Contested FGA.

Someone explain to me why those 4 guys are taking 18 contested shots in any game, against any opponent?
Because for so reason they were all playing together with BB at the same time. And then they just stand around and watch joseph dribble for 20 seconds.

Everybody is covered except Biz. Cant run a motion style offense with CoJo with zero motion and the ball handler doubled constantly
