Didn't see the game, but glad we won. I'm also glad that the unavoidable DD and Biz vs JV debates are in full swing
I'm not arguing DD isn't a better player than the wings who played tonight. I'm arguing the rest of our guys are good enough that DeMar needs to keep them more involved on offense. One player, dribbling in place for 5-7 seconds is a waste of time on offense, and happens way too much when Lowry and DeMar are both out there together.

1 game? I've been saying Biz ius the better prospect since day one.
Except he isn't. He puts the ball In the hoop one game and is completely inept the next. Jv has way more ability in the post and has improved year to year

    LOL

Again..... No info on who he's playing with. The starting group without Carroll doesn't have enough shooters. Remember Powell or JJ has been starting for how long.

Alright then, Lowry + Bench: 57.4% assist rate.

DeMar + Bench: 43.3% assist rate.

Lowry vs. DeMar with the other 4 players being the same group.

No, he doesn't. Our assist rate goes on the season is 49.4% with DeMar on the floor, 53.2% with him off the floor.

    Post All-Star break?

46.7% with DeMar on the floor, 54.6% with him off the floor.

The ball moves better without DeMar on the floor.

Raps 2nd and 3rd best player tonight? Biz and Powell. The Raps are just SO MUCH BETTER when Biz is on the floor man. Does anyone knw the Raps record when Biz is in the starting lineup? and i'm not hating on JV here but Biz is the better prospect. He really is. 12 points and 13 rebounds. That's JV like number right there.

As for Powell, he's just an intense competitor, a lot like Lowry.

    All of you are wrong.

The reason why they played this game so well was because MACK11 made the game thread. Get all those gahbidge stats outta here

But they don't always SCORE better. We had like 3 players go ham and everybody contributed. When those shots aren't falling everywhere, you need what demar brings
I agree, which is why my first post was that we aren't better without DeMar, but we'd be much better if the ball moved like it did tonight when DeMar is on the floor, which it generally doesn't.
