This is a spurious argument since the ancient Celts did not refer to themselves as “Celts.” The word Celt is derived from Keltoi, the name the Greeks gave the “barbarian” tribes along the Danube and Rhone rivers.

OK...interesting banter on the name. Missing there underated 3s lately has really hurt boston yet somehow with both DC and Jj out we keep going very nice how Powell has shown his versatility and we use other guys to fill the void. Hopefully it does not catch up to us tonight.

Yeah, our wing/guard rotation is rock solid. With JJ and Carroll down the only real weakness is against big threes, thankfully we've not seen any lately, and won't on this trip. But with DD and Ross and Powell able to play the "small 3", and with all five of DD, Ross, Powell, CoJo and Lowry (plus Wright!) able to play guard minutes, we're not lacking in quality depth there.

Our frontcourt is probably our weakest link depth-wise. Especially with Carroll and JJ out, who can handle small ball 4 situations. With JV and Pat out and with BeBe never used, we essentially have three frontcourt players - Biyombo, Scola, and thank goodness for that Thompson pickup or we'd be seeing 25 minutes a game of Bennett, since we don't really have multi-position flexibility like in our backcourt.

JV they said last game he would have played if it was playoffs and they were just being extra cautious. No word on PP, but it was just an ankle bruise so I don't expect that to be long term.

JJ has plantar fasciitis. If they want to use him in the playoffs they should be resting him as much as possible now, and with so many of our upcoming opponents lacking a big SF, I'd keep resting him.

Brad Stevens is the real deal.

We need to try and punish their undersized guards in the post. Lots of DD post ups would be nice. Would be ideal to have JJ in as well to force Boston to defend more wingers in the post and make it harder to hide their size problems. Oh well, Powell Ranger will have to be aggressive instead.
