As these go along I will search the interwebs for information on who we have coming in to workout. Feel free to discuss the players we bring in.

Glove Jr is interesting, just not first round interesting.

Jackson is the only first round talent in this batch. With all these guys coming in for a workout it's tempting to think Masai is hunting for a 2nd rounder to buy (or is looking to trade down from 27).

Possibly. He's been known to reach when he finds someone he likes. We also know that really good players sometimes slide into the second round. So just because we don't think a guy is first round it doesn't mean that what Ujiri thinks.

Not a lot of easy to find or good info on this guy, but he has an NBA ready body

I wonder if we are just looking at second rounders for the D-League/draft and stash candidates

With, Lowry/Joseph/Wright I just can't see us drafting a PG unless Wright gets packaged in a deal somewhere

Honestly; the people in this first round seem to be looked at as possibly 905ers after the draft but not actual draft picks ... if that makes sense. I may have worded that VERY poorly.

Maybe they trade 27 for 2 early second rounders?

Agreed. Any GM worth a lick doesn't consider potential draft picks according to what Ford, Draft Express etc. go by. They create their own draft board based on their own scouting.

Probably not likely though. Difference in talent between a guy at 27 and early 2nd round picks is probably not big enough for a team to do that.
