This is a really tough matchup. The Clyde/Grant hill is an interesting matchup. I really like clyde's game. The problem I see with wheazy's team is that he has too many ball handlers and I can't see all of his guys getting involved like they need to be to be as effective as they can. I vote Axel.

If wheazy wants small ball, then Ibaka can match any of his bigs but Howard can dominate. Most athletic center in history. Two together means nothing available at rim.

Hill has no edge over Drexler. Very much the opposite as Clyde was incredibly well rounded player and athlete.

This is really tough, I'm leaning Axel because he simply has the best and most likely to take over player in this matchup.

Axel's size advantage makes this a very tough matchup for Wheazy.

The legacy league was created to pit teams drafted by fellow RR members against each other and allow the general RR populous to vote on who would win this winner take all, single elimination game if all players were at their peak performance.

Each team drafted a 10 man roster. Each team provided a gameplan justification as to why they believe they should get your vote. Each team is allowed 1 post for "in game adjustments." The role of RR community is simple, vote for who you believe should win. Post justification if you want (encouraged) and weigh the pros and cons for all to see, but ultimately, your vote decides who will win this tournament of legends.

    Axel's gameplan

My team can play fast or in half court at a higher efficiency than his. Will mix up tempo/strategies.

Ibaka starts providing elite rim protection and athleticism from both front court positions.

Oscar will be played tight by faster CP3, hounded for steals on high dribble from 3/4 court. Mobile bigs will make PnR difficult with ability to hedge or ICE. Grant Hill's 30% 3P is a mirage, as highlighted season lands amid 5 yr stretch of 14.8%, 19.2%, 14.3% and 0% seasons, clogging lanes.

The ball won't stop on offence. With multiple playmakers, a balanced attack with lots of ball and player movement (2014 Spurs). Bird has torched DPOY defenders in the past, George presents a challenge, not a problem, for Bird.

Front court has rebounding advantage and will use size to be physical. My bench is better balanced. Wall/Iggy can't shoot. Harden is lost on defence.

    CP/Oscar is a wash, IMO.

On the wing : elite scorers, edge to Hill a bigger, craftier, more athletic, stronger defender.

Paul George is a great matchup for Larry. Our multiple elite wing defenders will frustrate him and disrupt his game.

Both Dray and AD are quick, can score in many ways and can handle the ball, exposing Sheed's lack of lateral quickness.

KG is knockdown from 21 - Axel must pick his poison with his rim protection.

Sabonis means a slow game on offense and exposes them severely on defense. Going small with Dray or AD at the 5 burns him endlessly for quick buckets. Dwight has no post game. He 'll take 20 seconds to score, we'll take 10 and score more often.

Offense will hum, with capable ballhandlers at every position. We'll run PnRs 1 through 5, with endless possibilities and combinations - multiple opportunities (pops, switches, rolls, etc.)

In Game Adjustments - Coming Soon!

So RR faithful, who wins this game?
