Yeah... our guy seems to be pretty adaptable this year to doing what is required to win...

It's pretty remarkable. I'd kind of gotten used to Demar getting a little better at something each year, but this season has been a revelation. It's still early, but it really looks completely sustainable. It doesn't look difficult or forced, and he's seeing teammates, and handling the ball... I can't think of another year-over-year improvement like this in any player I've seen...

On the subject of garbage time, the Hawks joined the Mavs in losing by over 25 points last night. That broke the Hawks streak of 150 regular season games in a row without getting blown out by 25+, which had been the 2nd longest such streak in the league.

We have the longest streak, with our game last night stretching it to 274 in a row.

That sounds....not surprising. That's the exact feeling I've gotten over these past 50 and 40 win seasons. Even when we lose, which is still often enough, we don't lose by that much. I think that has to speak for something and it speaks to a team that has gotten better each year.

Westbrook is really lighting it up and he has a ton of talent... BUT it really is a one man show down in OKC... just wonder how long the other 14 guys are going to be happy seeing the ball once a quarter on a good night...

After an extended run of this ... its possible the supporting cast just takes their foot off the gas a touch and "watches" Russell do it all by himself..Yes I see the assist totals.. but I also see they are more times than not... a second option...

Noteworthy:

- After playing eight of their past 10 games on the road, the Toronto Raptors open a season-long six-game homestand Monday against the Philadelphia 76ers.
- The Raptors own a 45-35 series advantage. They have won the last 12 meetings.
- The Raptors (10-6) are 4-3 at home and Philadelphia is 0-5 on the road this season.
- The 76ers (4-13) are coming off a 112-108 loss to the Cavaliers at the Wells Fargo Center on Sunday after leading for the first three quarters.
- Meanwhile, the Raptors have won two straight games after suffering two consecutive setbacks and are currently at second place behind the Cavaliers in the Eastern Conference standings.
- Philadelphia Center Joel Embiid, who is coming back from foot injuries that cost him the past two seasons, will not make the trip to Toronto. The game Monday will be the sixth he will have missed this season.
- The Raptors (10-6) are 4-3 at home and Philadelphia is 0-5 on the road this season.
- The Raptors made a season-best 14 3-pointers against the Bucks and had double-digit scoring from six players.
- Forward DeMarre Carroll is improving as he returns from knee surgery and that should help the Raptors' defense. He also scored 14 points on Friday.

Don't know where to find this stat, but Philly has usually played tough this year for 3 quarters, then seems to have blown more 4th quarter leads than any other team.
