DeKobe looks like a top 10 player right now. I don't care what anyone say.
Remember when they used to say he wasn't an impact player? They wanted to let him walk for nothing....or Trade him at the deadline for crums .....They made fun of #ProveEm

nice comeback game from that steamer they laid at the ACC vs Sacto...
The 6 and 1 bobhornetcats are up next.... should be a really good defensive oriented game.....
Two of the better teams in the east .... can't believe i can post that after some of the drek we got to watch as little as 4 or 5 years ago between these teams..... but its true...
and no gerald henderson to have another career night out of nowhere
The 6 assists from Demar was especially nice to see. Some of his passes to the bigs were real nice.
He's better at seeing over the top out of the double. They hedged harder in the second half. He has to throw it before the big cuts the angle. They just haven't practiced it enough.

Those people are exactly the reason Deebo has pushed himself so hard to get to this point. We should be thanking those guys for not believing. Thank you guys. You know who you are.
Okay, with JV out going to need top notch performances from DD and Lowry to carry us. Still a decent shot at a win here - if the starters can just play them even, our bench should ravage their's.
Checked all the boxes.
DD was incredible - Nogueira really stepped up as a screener on PnR plays and got him open. Hilarious that the game ended this way after the way it started. Lowry had a fantastic game. BeBe was incredible defensively. A lot of guys stepped up defensively, CoJo and Powell especially. And the bonus that turned this from a win into a blowout? The shots started falling. Rained in 11 threes tonight. Having a screen threat like Nogueira and the shooters hitting? Means a nice night for DD even if he doesn't hit those crazy shots (and he did, so it meant a crazy night instead).
DeRozan's confidence is off the charts right now. Nice to see CoJo defend his closing minutes role with some nice D (and some acting here and there) on Westbrook late. Powell did well too - had a stretch early in the 4th where he was used too much as a primary option, but settled down nicely whenever the stars handled the ball. Carroll looked good, Pat looked good - the bench was great tonight (helps that OKC's bench is hilarious).
Rooks had a rough night - Poeltl more so than Siakam. But both showed good signs - they were just pretty rough for the spacing early in the game, with Poeltl not enough of a roll threat and Siakam not a pop threat yet. Until JV gets back, I think BeBe needs to start, and if he keeps this up, Poeltl should get his predicted time down in the D-League to get some run once JV returns.
Fantastic win all around, especially with his short handed we were. Great job. On the road, no less!

Well he wasn't an impact player. It's just that hes THAT good this year, which is great but that was a gamble.
