We have no choice with no Patterson. You can't play Jakob at PF all game. He needs a breather. Same with Bebe.

Might as well change it up now, play Bebe/Poeltl when Aldridge/Gasol are on the floor and play JV/Siakam when Dedmon/Lee are on the floor.

Well we definitely shouldn't be starting Pascal but that's what Casey does so Bebe and Jakob end up playing against the bench guys.
