He has to be the quasi-est quasi star ever. He'd be a good 3rd banana beside two 22+ ppg scorers but he can't be a competitive team's second best player.

Mainly because Celtics really weren't good until recently.

I'd say Raptors have a better roster and talent, Celtics have the better head coach.
