Hehe this is why people need to be careful with on/off stats. They don't tell the whole story.

When a player is more than 1/3 of your team's offense (almost 35% USG) at excellent efficiency, that tells you all you need to know. You can't just plug in Powell (19% USG) and run the same sets when DD is out. On/Off is nice, but not sure why people don't appreciate the USG% stat more.
