CJo sky rocketed his play after the all star break to solidify being the best 6th man, and arguably the 3rd most valuable player to the team. DeMar's play is self explanatory, MVP and MIP by a mile. We saw what happened to our defense when Patterson went down for a bit, to an outsider it doesn't look like he brings much but we all know how important he is on the defensive end. Big Jak takes the ROY for me just because I don't see Delon being a rookie. Serge and PJ have too small of a sample size for me to consider them for these, if they played even half the season I'd give them both DPOY.

      MVP: Demar.

DPOY: Patterson. (Can't judge 23 games as a full season, alas. Patt wins by default)

6M: CoJo.... and even saying that made me wretch.

      MIP: Wright

      ROY: Poeltl.

        MVP

        1. Demar
        2. Lowry
        3. Cojo (if we can consider PJ and Ibaka for any of these awards, then I feel I have to acknowledge Cojo's contributions since the all-star game. Despite playing poorly early on, the turnaround was amazing following the Lowry injury and absolutely essential to how we closed the season. If cojo had continued playing like he had early, the team may have crashed and burned).

        DPOY

        1. PJ
        2. Patterson
        3. Ibaka

        6th man

        MIP

        3. Wright

        ROY

MIP is really difficult. I think it's clear DeMar is #1, but after that there aren't many options unless you wanna go with Delon, although that's the expected 2nd year jump + the fact he's actually getting time now. Powell, Patterson, Carroll (excluding injuries), Cojo are the same or worse than last season. I think Ross improved, and JV is slightly better. Bebe is better because of the fact he actually played some time. Very tricky. I suppose I'd go DeRozan, then JV then Ross.

                              MVP:

Well hard to debate its been DeMar.
He covered us and put up monster performances, due to age the guard might be changing from Lowry to DD

                              DPOY:

Tucker, no doubt about that...he brings unmatched effort and leadership there

                              MIP:

Well its not Bruno lol not sure I would say Delon improved because I really feel it was more a matter of being given the opportunity bur the answer is...

DeMar; never would have imagined that he would be able to put up 30-40 pt games seemingly at will, he has exceeded every expectation I had of him from the time he was drafted. The level he is at is a testament to all that ridiculous amount of hard work he has put in over the years

                              6Man:

It should be Patterson but he was just injured too much. Unbelievably I probably have to give this to Corey. He just stepped in with Kyle out. Not sure why he struggled so badly for 3 quarters of the season until that stretch Lowry was out. Wish could have given this to Norm but Norm needs to figure out in the off season that he isnt DeMar and get back to the things that made himself successful in his 1st year while he works his ass off every off season to try and get there one day eventually.

                              ROY:

FVV....he isnt anything great but he is the one who stepped in the most seemlessly and played solid more often than not. Siakam fizzled out fairly quickly and Yak is still very much working through his kinks. Long term I expect that both Yak and Siakam will be better than FVV and ironically the last place in this category (Siakam) I actually think has the most potential due to his great motor and footspeed if he can learn to drive the basketball downhill and be consistent with his perimeter shots. I dont expect any of them to anything great but they should be varying levels of impact role players, hopefully we find a player potential in this upcoming draft, Im very hopeful we will.
