This season would have been more satisfying if we had a hard won series vs the Celts and then got spanked by the Cavs in the ecf.
Maybe the silver lining will be that MU will be forced to make decisions re coach and roster--decisions that otherwise would have been easier.

It would have, but also wouldn't change anything for this summer.

Weird to have a 50 win Raptors team past the 1st round and be disappointed, lol. At least give us a couple good games at the ACC.

Upon further investigation, it wasn't that far-fetched to be giving kudos to Brad Stevens for IT exploding in the playoffs....

How Isaiah Thomas, The Shortest Guy In The NBA, Became Unstoppable

    https://fivethirtyeight.com/features...e-unstoppable/

The simple answer is that Thomas and his coaching staff have found ways to make Thomas virtually unguardable within Boston’s offensive scheme; especially since Brad Stevens tweaked his lineup in the middle of the first round, a move that gave Thomas more space to navigate.

Stevens all but eliminated Amir Johnson from the rotation, meaning Al Horford is now soaking up a ton of minutes as the team’s lone post player on the court. That switch forces defenses to guard an extra Celtic along the perimeter, which is already a tough task, since Horford is also a good shooter. With opponents stretched that thin, Thomas can make use of his game-changing quickness.

What happened in Bulls series then?
Rondo got hurt and Cannon was starting for a team in playoffs. Last time Cannon started was when he was a member of the Sixers lol.

Brad Stevens' offense translates to the playoffs. Maybe even gets better.
Brad offence is so overatted. It's basically IT/Horford PNR and IT going one on one. If help comes swing to the open man.

It looks better cause they have better shooter around IT. Our offence looks good when were making open shots. Example game 5 against Bucks. Also Buck are way better defensive team than both Chicago, Atlanta and Washington.

After game 2's loss to Chicago, Brad Stevens had a playoff coaching record of 2-10.

His record has since improved to 8-10.

    8-10
