Kennard's is not 100% guaranteed (guarantee is like $56M). White has no option in his 4th year. Fultz is a bad deal lol

OG would have gotten more if the Raptors had a team option or if there was no option. The player option is sometimes hard to work with.. like with Norm this year. So advantage him, and as a favour the Raps get a better overall discount.

That's a great deal for OG. Personally I'd have been pushing to get him locked in for 5 years, but they got a lower cap hit by giving him the opt out after 3 years, letting him hit the market to try to get the 30% max at that point. Seems like short term prioritizing, which suggests to me the plan is to do some major stuff soon, rather than just lock in the core and see where they can take us.
