OG can get there I guess, but I wouldn't bet on it. Instead I think he could be our best analytic player. More efficient than Pascal. Better defender. Ends up with a better net rating. But I think he'll have a different role than Pascal did last year, and therefore won't get the opportunity to become "better". Also the stuff OG is good at isn't going to get you an MIP award (voted by media) or an all-star birth (voted by fans, media and players). He'll be recognized by coaches and smart media members like Zach Lowe.. but he'll never be in like a top 30 list on an ESPN NBA Rank or something. He's just not built that way.
But yeah I think fans will appreciate his game more than Pascal's in a year or two. Pascal's failures in the bubble last year put a black mark on him. Add the max contract and you'll start seeing #TradePascal become trendy this year. OG won't have those expectations, and I'd be shocked if OG got a max deal next year.
